STARS, STRIPES AND FURRY FRIENDS
Friends of DCACC volunteers, shelter dogs & cats, and adoption alumni donned their stars & stripes for this weekend's 4th of July parade in downtown Wheaton and Oakbrook Terrace. Thank you to everyone who came out in support of our shelter animals. We gained some great exposure for our homeless pets while our furry friends enjoyed a wonderful day out on the town! GO GREEN & EARN SOME GREEN FOR OUR SHELTER ANIMALS

DCACC is proud to partner with Abitibi for paper recycling services. Not only is DCACC now being environmentally responsible with our paper waste, but we also earn funds based on the amount of recyclable paper waste that is collected in our yellow & green Paper Retriever bin (located in our parking lot.) So, empty your home of that unsightly paper clutter and drop it off in our Paper Retriever bin. Your recyclable trash is our treasure!

STATE OF THE ART SURGICAL TABLE HELPS SAVE ANIMALS' LIVES
Thanks to the support and generosity of supporters like you, Friends of DCACC was able to provide the shelter with a state-of-the-art V-Top Hydraulic Column Heated surgical table this past January. Dog Wash n' Walk Event August 24, 2008 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. IIT Rice Campus, Wheaton High-tail it to our first ever Dog Wash n' Walk event where you and your pet can strut your stuff in support of our homeless animals.
