Progressive animal sheltering

DuPage County Animal Services

Located in Wheaton, Illinois, DuPage County Animal Services (DCAS) is the only immediate open admission shelter in and around DuPage County. This means that DCAS will never refuse any domestic animal brought through its doors.

DCAS cares for nearly 3,000 animals every year without the support of property tax dollars. They are a self-supporting county department. They fund their operations using revenues from the sale of rabies registration tags, fines, fees and private donations from caring people like you.
